Get to the chopper!

I really didn’t want to have to do this — I really didn’t. But circumstances being what they are, I’m left with no alternative.

Last Friday night, a couple of friends and I were sitting around Taco Bell discussing all manner of whatever it is we discuss when one friend visciously maligned something near and dear to my heart (as well as my other friend’s heart). With apologies to Despair.com

Admittedly, the whole “Successories” thing seems to have run its mid-’90s course. That doesn’t mean that there’s no perfectly good reason to continue to produce satirical imagery (Despair.com’s raison d’être).

Thus, I present to you some of my own mediocre “prints,” originally inspired by a now-defunct thread on the Something Awful forums:

One of those days…

I think most of us have had them. Anyone who hasn’t is probably an android lacking emotion subroutines and pumped full of heroin.

We’re talking about Bad Days. And I’ll be the first to admit that, as far as days go, it wasn’t that bad — on the surface, anyway. Actually, I think I react better to those kinds of bad days than I do to the existential bad days, where an epiphany sneaks up behind you and wraps a garrote made from rusty piano wire around your neck and chokes you until you’re forced to admit:

“I hate my job.”
