Sorta. If I'm honest, all I did was what I always do: I canibalized an existing theme and forced it to obey my whims! It's more or less complete; fairly minimal, but hopefully easy enough to use. And when I get bored with it in seven or eight minutes, I can create a new one and start all over again! That's what I do on the interwebz -- I create half-finished WP themes and whine about them.
I should branch out.
Also, if you're looking at this in Internet Explorer, you'll see some horrible, horrible things, like PNGs that aren't correctly rendered, and styles that are more or less ignored. Cheese it, IE!
